The one and only positive thing were colleagues who I worked with, but they have already left or are about to leave.
Cons
Now where to start... Chief Executive Officer (you know who), during the Town Hall meeting, brags about how Opsec is making a profit, bonuses are paid (to who knows who), but when someone asks when the salary will be raised, he loses his mind and starts to "sing another song" just to dodge the question. On top of that, nobody appreciates long-term employees, especially HR. I was in a work council and, believe me, I couldn't handle the dictator that held the HR position. It's a shame that I had to leave after 7 years of employment, I never wanted to leave, but the lack of respect for employees and ignorance was unbearable.
