Not great. Getting worse. - Client Manager OpSec Security Group Employee Review

Pull up a chair...Very poor communications. Systems haven't been upgraded for years. Antiquated WFH policies. More concerned about people being in the office vs. client satisfaction. Mistrust. A 'watch your back and get it in writing' culture. Management doesn't listen to new ideas, nor do they appreciate their employees. Salary increases don't match cost of living increases. Invisible hoops and unwritten steps for advancement. Constructive criticism is severely frowned upon.
