      Office comlpetely disgusting. People are only out for themselves and will steal your clients and leads in a heartbeat. CEO/owner only cares about the revenue you bring in today, if you MOM died, too bad

      We absolutely want to ensure that our employees are credited for the work they do. We’ve set up guidelines regarding client and lead ownership and use our CRM to maintain accuracy. We’re always looking for ways to improve our employees’ experience and we feel these guidelines are a big help.

      -They want you chained to your computer for 8 hours -No work/life balance -HR will breathe down your neck -outsources to other countries to save money -NO recognition of effort even if you are successful
