FMLA, maternity/paternity leave. Also, religious holidays and floating holidays available. - Multicultural environment, a mix of different countries.
Cons
- I would say there is not enough integration among employees since the company is working remotely nowadays, but there are meetings every now and then. - No insurance for employees outside the US.
