The coworkers are nice and helpful, the uppers seem to care about the employees. Pay is good. Hours are sometimes long but they try to reward you if you have to work over. Overtime is available if you want it.
Family oriented and they truly care about your well being.
Cons
Weekends are not optional or rotated. You will work every weekend regardless or religious preference or request for family time.
