I needed the experience and the practice and had to endure at least a year or so.

Some of the staff nurses can act arrogant, has a mean attitude, and show hostility toward other staff because of the favoritism here! The head nurse give preferential treatment to some, and while they enjoy it, the rest of us suffer! Most of their work get passed on to us when we already have a lot on our plate but the head nurse would allow them to! it's obviously unfair and it feels terrible!
