Pros

You will never get fired. Friendly and sympathetic coworkers. Decent programming experience for those looking to learn. Some managers are helpful.

Cons

No one likes their job. Micro management for everything. ALL approvals go through the CEO. HR (Personal Services) is petty, purposely slow, and uncaring. CEO does not care about anyone but himself and his wife in HR. Dangerous policies for charging customers. Raises are below inflation. Almost illegal visa practices (they have been sued before and lost for it) and exploitation of foreign workers. They try to cut costs while constantly hiring new employees, which makes the quality of the workplace go down each year.

Pros

Onboarding was exceptionally friendly from the moment I accepted the offer through my first day onsite. Great office culture — so many people took the time to welcome me. Positive first impression thanks to a team that genuinely cares about new employees.

Cons

No on‑site food options. Limited walking areas near the campus.

We appreciate your feedback regarding on site food options and agree this is an area we can improve. We are already exploring healthier vending and snack solutions to better support employees’ needs.

Pros

Only good Pro's are: - Good Pay - Great Benefits

Cons

1. Limited Training for New Employees: One of the most frequently repeated criticisms is insufficient onboarding and training. 2. Micromanagement: Strict monitoring of employee time, attendance, and workplace activities. Management is highly controlling. 3. Low Compensation: Low salaries, minimal raises, and limited bonuses are among the most common complaints across review platforms. 4. Limited Flexibility: There is little to no remote work options and strict attendance requirements. Difficulty balancing personal needs with workplace expectations. 5. Slow Career Advancement: Promotions and growth opportunities can be limited or slow. 6. Management and Culture Concerns: Poor communication, lack of employee support, resistance to change, favoritism, and management practices that some employees describe as unsupportive.
