Pros

Honestly, there are none anymore. Anything that was good is long since gone.

Cons

The CEO laid off a large amount of staff based on personal opinion of them. There was little notice and it happened after hours on a Friday night. They have massively increased the cost of insurance, quadrupling the deductible to over 13,000 for a family, calling it "platinum coverage". HR routinely lies to the employees. Managers routinely lie and berate employees. The servers used are constantly going down due to hardware issues that can't seem to be sorted out. CEO will not allow any purchase of anything without his personal approval. Often has outbursts because he has a temper and should have long been censored by HR.

Pros

Onboarding was exceptionally friendly from the moment I accepted the offer through my first day onsite. Great office culture — so many people took the time to welcome me. Positive first impression thanks to a team that genuinely cares about new employees.

Cons

No on‑site food options. Limited walking areas near the campus.

We appreciate your feedback regarding on site food options and agree this is an area we can improve. We are already exploring healthier vending and snack solutions to better support employees’ needs.

Pros

Only good Pro's are: - Good Pay - Great Benefits

Cons

1. Limited Training for New Employees: One of the most frequently repeated criticisms is insufficient onboarding and training. 2. Micromanagement: Strict monitoring of employee time, attendance, and workplace activities. Management is highly controlling. 3. Low Compensation: Low salaries, minimal raises, and limited bonuses are among the most common complaints across review platforms. 4. Limited Flexibility: There is little to no remote work options and strict attendance requirements. Difficulty balancing personal needs with workplace expectations. 5. Slow Career Advancement: Promotions and growth opportunities can be limited or slow. 6. Management and Culture Concerns: Poor communication, lack of employee support, resistance to change, favoritism, and management practices that some employees describe as unsupportive.
