Pros
I thought about pros for almost an hour but can not come up with even a single one so NO. PROS..
Cons
There are several cons and its really hard to summarize it so I will try to put up the worst points: # Absolutely no flexibility at work. Strict 8-5 working hours with 1 hour lunch and when I say 8-5 that means 8:00:00:00 to 5:00:00 so you cant skip a second , else be prepared to be humiliated by the management. # Managers with no management degree or experience. # Low salary and poor /No appraisals. # Ancient tools for developers to work on, No IDE, no automation in testing, no QA proces, no coding standards, no SDLC. # No product training for new employees, # No documentation whatsoever for any product or tool being used. # Company doesn't believe in investing in Employee skill development. # Poor infrastructure , outdated hardware, no phones, small monitors,no laptops, # Limited and basic benefits. # Time off policies are ridiculous, No sick leaves or unpaid PTOs. # Policies are not unanimous among all employees. exceptions are made based on favouritism. # No motivation or encouragement in any form for the teams. # Nobody cares about how much you work, only care about if you are in office before 8 or after 5.
