Pros

401k matching was nice, but considering the pay, not so much.

Cons

If you’re looking for a job, no matter the position, cross OATI off your list and keep looking. It's one of those companies that allow you to associate with Dilbert comics. Bad management, low pay, no direction, no freedom, incompetent or lazy people tend to stick around forever and smart people tend to quit. This was the most stressful least rewarding job I have ever had. This company does not respect their employees. They will pay you as little as possible. The on-call rotation is horrible. The hours are horrible, and there is no flexibility. You can honestly work 80 hours a week, but show up 1 minute late or overshoot lunch by 1 minute or leave 1 minute early or leave the building more than 3 times, or take a break of more than 15 minutes, and your on the list. And after 5 or so "offenses" per month you get an angry sounding email (automated) mentioning that not showing up on time is reason for termination. Idle threats, but that's how their HR department works.. Slow, inefficient, and quick to threaten. The direction of the company is cause for concern. Multiple custom frameworks (old frameworks will stay around forever) and they are putting a lot of effort towards Silverlight, which seems to be going the way of the dodo. The majority of the developers are just trying their best to keep the software running. Management is either handcuffed or incompetent. The CEO is locked back in his office and inaccessible to the pawns, or employees, as most companies would call them.

Pros

Onboarding was exceptionally friendly from the moment I accepted the offer through my first day onsite. Great office culture — so many people took the time to welcome me. Positive first impression thanks to a team that genuinely cares about new employees.

Cons

No on‑site food options. Limited walking areas near the campus.

We appreciate your feedback regarding on site food options and agree this is an area we can improve. We are already exploring healthier vending and snack solutions to better support employees’ needs.

Pros

Only good Pro's are: - Good Pay - Great Benefits

Cons

1. Limited Training for New Employees: One of the most frequently repeated criticisms is insufficient onboarding and training. 2. Micromanagement: Strict monitoring of employee time, attendance, and workplace activities. Management is highly controlling. 3. Low Compensation: Low salaries, minimal raises, and limited bonuses are among the most common complaints across review platforms. 4. Limited Flexibility: There is little to no remote work options and strict attendance requirements. Difficulty balancing personal needs with workplace expectations. 5. Slow Career Advancement: Promotions and growth opportunities can be limited or slow. 6. Management and Culture Concerns: Poor communication, lack of employee support, resistance to change, favoritism, and management practices that some employees describe as unsupportive.
