My immediate management was capable, friendly, and helpful as were my team members. They paid on time. Okay benefits. Work life balance is okay.
Cons
Executives are completely detached from the rest of the company. Left work on a Friday, around 35 of us got termination notices slipped under our door by UPS at home on Saturday. Abysmal office policy that's hostile toward its workers. Automated email from HR if you've been a few minutes late, if you've been out for lunch a minute longer than an hour, or if you've left the building a minute before your mandatory 8 hours is put in. Little to no trust in their employees. If you get a job here, keep your head down, build up a little experience (a year tops) and quietly search for other employment. The pay is going to be well below the industry average, and there's almost no opportunity for advancement.
