Pros

Paid regularly, a job in your position that provides (very little) experience to add to your resume, having a job that pays the bills so you don't end up homeless.

Cons

Coming into work felt like being checked in at an adult daycare - arrive promptly at 8am and cannot leave until 5pm. If you arrive a minute late or leave a minute early emails are sent to upper management to take action. If you are lucky, you will get a good manager who will make your work experience enjoyable while at OATI. Most of the managers I had worked under were extremely rude, demeaning, forceful, and acted more like dictators rather than leaders. Managers need training on how to treat their teams with leadership, managers need a mentality like "let's work to resolve this issue" instead of "what are you thinking, YOU need to fix this right now". Although the paycheck is regular, it is very below average. Expect only 1.5% pay increase per year, which is apparently standard across the company. When managers realize you can handle extra responsibilities, they are not afraid to pile work on your plate without extra compensation. I was given responsibilities of a higher job title and was not given raise/promotion for the extra duties until 3 years later when I had to keep pushing my manager to finish promotion paperwork with HR. The CEO fired 40 people based on personal opinion of those people, then re-organized the entire company which added more workload to many employees without extra compensation. Dress code is not enforced, many people show up in sweats and sandals which looks sloppy. Those employees who came to work in sweats often lacked in personal hygiene and smelled of body oder - this type of environment is not pleasant to work in. Not to mention I identified a male employee who often "took care" of himself in the bathroom, absolutely disgusting.

Pros

Onboarding was exceptionally friendly from the moment I accepted the offer through my first day onsite. Great office culture — so many people took the time to welcome me. Positive first impression thanks to a team that genuinely cares about new employees.

Cons

No on‑site food options. Limited walking areas near the campus.

We appreciate your feedback regarding on site food options and agree this is an area we can improve. We are already exploring healthier vending and snack solutions to better support employees’ needs.

Pros

Only good Pro's are: - Good Pay - Great Benefits

Cons

1. Limited Training for New Employees: One of the most frequently repeated criticisms is insufficient onboarding and training. 2. Micromanagement: Strict monitoring of employee time, attendance, and workplace activities. Management is highly controlling. 3. Low Compensation: Low salaries, minimal raises, and limited bonuses are among the most common complaints across review platforms. 4. Limited Flexibility: There is little to no remote work options and strict attendance requirements. Difficulty balancing personal needs with workplace expectations. 5. Slow Career Advancement: Promotions and growth opportunities can be limited or slow. 6. Management and Culture Concerns: Poor communication, lack of employee support, resistance to change, favoritism, and management practices that some employees describe as unsupportive.
