Micro managed, low pay(lower than market), very old proprietary technology (not useful anywhere except ms sql, t-sql) - Senior Software Developer Open Access Technology International Employee Review

Pros

Easy to get hired, if you just show some willingness(but you are falling into...). Young crowd (not sure if all of them are friendly and willing to help you though, depends who you deal with). You can always pressure from your manager and compel them to help you. Join this company if nobody is hiring you since you are a recent college graduate (and you've been to at least 10 interviews and go rejected) or they give you a very good benefit package and pay. However, always keep your eyes wide open for opportunities.

Cons

Except for some industry experts other managers don't have any technical (CS) related background. They expect you to work hard and make things work, but when it comes to your expectation get lost this time, next time when you work hard we'll think about it. The experience in using proprietary technology has no demand and use anywhere in the world in (CS related field), I wasted my nine years of my career and now have to re learn all new main stream technologies again. If I was using some main stream technology for entire last nine years of my life, I would have had a different career.

Pros

Onboarding was exceptionally friendly from the moment I accepted the offer through my first day onsite. Great office culture — so many people took the time to welcome me. Positive first impression thanks to a team that genuinely cares about new employees.

Cons

No on‑site food options. Limited walking areas near the campus.

We appreciate your feedback regarding on site food options and agree this is an area we can improve. We are already exploring healthier vending and snack solutions to better support employees’ needs.

Cons

1. Limited Training for New Employees: One of the most frequently repeated criticisms is insufficient onboarding and training. 2. Micromanagement: Strict monitoring of employee time, attendance, and workplace activities. Management is highly controlling. 3. Low Compensation: Low salaries, minimal raises, and limited bonuses are among the most common complaints across review platforms. 4. Limited Flexibility: There is little to no remote work options and strict attendance requirements. Difficulty balancing personal needs with workplace expectations. 5. Slow Career Advancement: Promotions and growth opportunities can be limited or slow. 6. Management and Culture Concerns: Poor communication, lack of employee support, resistance to change, favoritism, and management practices that some employees describe as unsupportive.
