Pros
The people (for the most part) are the only reason I stuck around.
Cons
I gave this company a chance because I thought maybe people were being harsh, but all the reviews you’ll read are true. The company will do and say anything they can to get you through the door and once they seal the deal they no longer care or value you. It took five weeks to start getting consistent work that only lasted about two weeks. Then I went back to staring at the wall with nothing to do but contemplate life for 8 hours a day. They recruit college students to burn them out right away and have them quit almost immediately. Worst turn over rate EVER. Also, employees are hired under a “60 day contract” where they have you work full-time with no benefits, which seems fine, but some employees worked for almost 6 months without getting a new contact offered. Pretty much they have people working full-time hours with no benefits. HR is absolute garbage. They will also do and say anything they have to do to avoid paying employees what they deserve, will change and bend role responsibility and job labels as they see fit but gaslight by saying the responsibility has always been that way, and won’t respond to employees unless it’s beneficial to them. Again, HR is shady as heck. Seriously the most condescending people I’ve worked with.
