Pros

- Rarely needed to work more than 8 hours per day. - Able to write code that makes it to production - Are given a large share of ownership/responsibilities if you are a competent and hard worker. - Beautiful building

Cons

- Very discouraging work culture/environment. 2/3 of employees are working in India and are treated as 2nd class employees (admittedly, many of them are unqualified by US standards). US employees are treated better to some degree.. - Salary is very low. I would estimate around 50% of their US employees are internationally sponsored and need to maintain employment in order to stay in the country. OATI takes advantage of this by paying well below the industry standard, and Sasan leads the company with a culture of fear. - Coding practices are very poor. Unless a customer complains about something specifically, no effort is made to improve it and attempts to do so are met with disdain. Our products visually appear to be from 1999. - I am not proud of the company I work for. Customers are shown our state-of-the-art building, and may reasonably believe our software solutions are of the same quality. This unfortunately is not the case. Testing standards are unacceptable for a company that claims to offer mission-critical software solutions. Customers are repeatedly expressing reluctance to upgrade to newer versions of our products as existing functionality is regularly broken with each upgrade. - Employees are treated like children. There are signs on the break room doors stating the break room is off-limits other than lunch hours from 11 AM - 1 PM. You will get an automated email that CCs the CEO, Sasan, if your lunch goes 5 minutes long (being responsible about maintaining your work hours IS important, but the way they treat you makes you feel disposable and without job security).

Pros

Onboarding was exceptionally friendly from the moment I accepted the offer through my first day onsite. Great office culture — so many people took the time to welcome me. Positive first impression thanks to a team that genuinely cares about new employees.

Cons

No on‑site food options. Limited walking areas near the campus.

We appreciate your feedback regarding on site food options and agree this is an area we can improve. We are already exploring healthier vending and snack solutions to better support employees’ needs.

Pros

Only good Pro's are: - Good Pay - Great Benefits

Cons

1. Limited Training for New Employees: One of the most frequently repeated criticisms is insufficient onboarding and training. 2. Micromanagement: Strict monitoring of employee time, attendance, and workplace activities. Management is highly controlling. 3. Low Compensation: Low salaries, minimal raises, and limited bonuses are among the most common complaints across review platforms. 4. Limited Flexibility: There is little to no remote work options and strict attendance requirements. Difficulty balancing personal needs with workplace expectations. 5. Slow Career Advancement: Promotions and growth opportunities can be limited or slow. 6. Management and Culture Concerns: Poor communication, lack of employee support, resistance to change, favoritism, and management practices that some employees describe as unsupportive.
