Pros
*I had great coworkers *Great managers (I was lucky)
Cons
*Coffee was free when I started. If you finished a pot, you started a new one. Management didn't like that and turned it into profit by placing a coffee machine in there instead. *Pay was pretty low. Very low. It was comical. I only took the job because it was a short bike ride, and I needed a job. *Monitors were obsolete. I offered to bring in my own, and IT blew a gasket. I can only imagine how much more efficient I would have been with my extra ultrawide monitor. *Other employees literally get yelled at on the main floor. The guy was literally a new hire trying to learning a proprietary computer programming language. *We had a mandatory meeting saying that if we reached a goal, we would get free meals. No one believed it, and it never happened.
