Business Outlook
Pros
Although it had been an exciting, vibrant and growing company in it's youth, the effect of bringing in a new, young CEO with extremely poor mangement skills (though he did contribute business skills), transformed the company into a place with very miserable morale. Even with many smart, wonderful, hardworking and dedicated employees, the company was ruined by a terrible CEO and his cronies.
Cons
Office culture was often one of fear...CEO could be brutal and people avoided him like the plague. He was surrounded by his posey of "yes" men in a very male-dominated organization. Basically, employees were pawns in a company geared towards filling the pockets of management.
