Pros
The people at OpenEye that I have worked with are friendly and helpful. It is not a vulture culture you find at some other companies. They have been fantastic during the pandemic in fostering a positive culture with free yoga and cooking classes, and other gatherings where mental and physical health are front and center. The benefits are great too. 401K, bonuses, life insurance, gym membership, good medical and dental, etc. The company seems to be growing. There are a lot of new faces recently but it's nice to see a low turnover rate for people in our department (old and new).
Cons
When the pandemic is over the work from home days will be reduced to a couple days a week. I would love to see this increased if possible.
