Pros
The people here are smart and push you to be better. We have great company events and work with some good products.
Cons
I’ve been surprised by how many great people they’ve let go recently. They’re pushing everyone to learn a lot at once, which isn’t necessarily bad, but it needs time. They also cut most of their remote support teams—people with valuable expertise that we no longer have. In my opinion, that loss is already affecting the quality customers receive. I’m not sure what the logic is behind these decisions, but it’s definitely created a sense of fear. It’s a big shift from how things were just a year ago. I’ve had valuable opportunities, but my compensation hasn’t grown in line with them. While the company started with strong values, the culture has changed in the last few years and feels less people-focused.
