Pros
Friendly people to work with, management generally open to feedback. Flexible work schedule. 5 days "unlimited PTO" per quarter. HSA contributions from employer.
Cons
Disorganized. Onboarding was almost two months of me looking around for things to do. Basically had to teach myself the software, which isn't great. I've seen people with far less experience and education promoted above me simply because they've been at the company longer, and then gone on to watch them make very poor tactical/strategic decisions in my department that are currently imploding. Homegrown talent that is in over their heads. Lots of rah rah rah from upper management, very little accountability when things go sideways. No 401k match, but I got a t-shirt. Yay. Stock options, but I don't even know if I want to exercise them now that I work here. Very siloed organization, departments do not work well together and management encourages this by being overly protective of their own staff.
