As I am writing this, they are literally rolling out an incentive program to get people to write positive Glassdoor and Repvue reviews because they know how bad it is. Full of narcissistic leaders who have no business being in the roles they have. Handful of Sr leaders all just left after the acquisition. Do not let them spin it as a positive thing to you. They preach about coaching and development but the only feedback you will ever receive is "do more". Zero concern for people's personal lives or well-being. The ERP team is a joke, quotas make no sense and the products are priced absurdly high. I've watched them put reps in new territories, selling new products, and then start harassing them for not having pipeline within 6 weeks when there is a 6-9 months sales cycle. Sr Sales leaders will force you to go around your champions to try and get a deal done. They literally think upsetting the customer by trying to create urgency is part of the process. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this headache. I wouldn't wish this upon my worst enemy. Everybody I know in the sales org is actively interviewing right now.
