      Pros

      Has been a great place to work that has an arsenal of tools at my convenience + resell the entire Microsoft Universe, it is great having the ability to not strike out on say our MxDR and thats all I had in hand. No about 40 other tools we own + Microsoft as I mentioned.

      Cons

      There's a lot to learn, but that's everywhere. Sometimes it feels like the SMB team is a siloed organization.
