Toxic environment with no growth or salary increases - Anonymous employee OpenText Employee Review

There are a lot of cons, they dont give any salary increases, also bonus they never gave it all every year. There is no grow in the company and there is alot of internal politics thats not understood. Very toxic work environment, not good for your mental health or career growth.
