1. Since the departure of Marc Barrenchea, the company's policies has gone haywire. Nobody knows whats the goal anymore. Mid management has created an atmosphere of fear and chaos in the vacuum, especially in Bangalore 2. Salary increment has been stagnant for quite some time 3. AI related work has been subpar and tech stack is exceptionally backdated unless you work for the core products 4. India PMs are merely seen as task executioners and not as strategic decision makers
