Great coworkers with a passion for delivering for clients. Exciting projects with a variety of clients in a range of business industries, Energy and Power, Life Science, Government. Some Excellent High Quality people running major account work.
Cons
OTC stretches us in delivery so that it is almost impossible to leave a client fully satisfied with the level of response and project detail. Some newer software modules are, in my opinion, possibly rushed into market without adequate testing, leaving professional services to use the clients as proving grounds. I saw poor planning and product testing by OTC burn bridges with a few clients, technology and service partners. You are on your own to find answers to problems more than I liked.
