Pros
Due to the geographically dispersed organization, it is easy for remote workers to feel like they are not second class citizens and act as a "normal" member of the company.
Cons
Below market rate pay, poor performance review/compensation system without annual increases. Company is built on continuous acquisitions, which leads to fearful people worried about getting let go due to redundancies, little camaraderie among teams, and very little cohesiveness between different business units.
