Pros
Co workers, being able to work remote, flexibility with start time/end time of the day.
Cons
Health insurance is not family friendly. The HSA the company contributes helps very little and is laughable (you only get the full funds by the end of the year... each month you get $25 bucks added to your HSA). General overall salary is under the current industry. PTO should be unlimited for our industry but its the standard 3 wks. No bonuses, promotions are very limited. Too many red tape processes which leads to unnecessary churn and long delays. Understaffed. And not offering market salary for unfilled positions means the positions sit unfilled for a long time.
