Pros

None - this is literally the worst company I've ever worked for. Changed the name from Epiq due to their horrible reputation.

Cons

Compensation is sadly low. Middle managers are allowed to be abusive toward staff, Reporting inexcusable and even illegal behavior by managers to HR WILL get you retaliated against and fired. Lower level staff have to support each other like victims in a support group. Have to consistently apologize to clients for the company's poor work.

Pros

The checks clear, work usually involves lots of independent activities depending on the office. It is a job

Cons

Corporate culture in everything, never any raises beyond .25 cents per year, insane levels of middle management so always unclear who's actually in charge or makes decisions. Your role is entirely in the hands of the client, they will drop you in an instant if it works better for them without you there.

Pros

The overall work is easy and not too strainuous. Taking Yokohama tire warranty is not bad at all. 2 days in office and 3 days at home is great. The pay holidays are great But!

Cons

The micromanagement and daycare-like environment is exhausting. The three-times-a-month one-on-one "coaching" sessions are not coaching at all—they feel more like nitpicking. The constant criticism, unnecessary constraints, negativity, and inconsistencies create an unhealthy and unbearable work environment. It drains the energy and motivation out of employees.
