Thank you for posting. However, as you are well aware, there was no coercion either direct or implied in the boilerplate Glassdoor request for a review. We used Glassdoor's standard invitation, and in no way forced any employee to "fill out fake reviews".
As you are also aware, management has gone the extra mile with its software developers. Our compensation package is equal to or better than national averages. When our devs complained about too much noise, we rented office space dedicated just to software developers. We have complied with nearly every request to make the lives of our software development team as comfortable as possible.
If you had been more specific about exactly what you need to learn, we could address it. We do hire software developers who can work independently and without micromanagement. If you were unable to perform your duties due to lack of specific training, we would have been happy to provide it.
