Pros

- very cool professionals who can train you fast; - many many different tasks, can be involved into different projects; - lots of employees in US and Germany = big business; - kind and respectful attitude to employees, possibility to grow skills; I miss this place now, sorry that had to move.

Cons

- not easy to learn, if you are on the production facility, everything around happens so fast; - high expectations from employee; - not many corporate events;

Pros

Most of the co-workers are great fun to work with. Sometimes the owner can be care free and fun.

Cons

Nepotism runs rampant! The place is divided, there are those people over there and the people over here type attitude, communication between the departments is rare. Many times the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. I assume you worked for Opensoft on the team that serviced OvernightPrints.com's software development needs? Management has taken comments like yours very seriously and is working to remedy the compartmentalized culture that evolved without anyone being aware that it had happened. We now have company-wide events (barbecues, bowling, pot lucks) that bring employees together from all departments, where software devs get to know customer service reps get to know accountants. It is making a difference in our work environment. Wishing you the best in your new position.

Pros

My boss was great but got smart and left.

Cons

CEO/owner is reckless and verbally abusive. Unrealistic goals and timetables. Everyone in my work center hates the job and place. Half of the "ideas" Brett has are already being done elsewhere and done better.
