If you are looking for an easy, clock in-clock out, get away with doing as little as possible and still get paid, get a raise every year just because you're breathing type of job this company is NOT for you. Management expects a lot and expects their employees to go above and beyond, show initiative and work ethic BEFORE they reward you with more pay, bonuses, etc. They fully believe that you "sow in seed before you reap the harvest" which is biblical in nature. If you feel that you are entitled and have no room to grow than this company is NOT for you. BUT if you have VISION, want to work hard, are passionate in life, want to grow personally and in a career not just a job. Then you will fit in just fine!
