Alright place to work for people able to travel weekly - Cell Tower Technician Opterra Solutions Employee Review

I love working here. This team is focused on its people and customers. Goals are clearly laid out, everyone is works together, and management is excellent. All the staff are kind and helpful.

I didnt always feel this way. A few months ago I would dread coming to work. The sales manager was rude and focused on his self. Constantly complained about everyone and refused to listen to anyone. They recently got rid of him and another employee that were not aligned with the company goals and boy did it make a huge difference. I honestly can't think of any negatives right now. I love coming to work and have never worked anywhere that I liked this much.

Wake up at 6am . Work with some random drug addict. Get off at 6pm. Now you gotta room with the same drug addict. Everyday. Every night. Hide your stuff. You are now forced to room out of town with someone. Always in your space . No escape. Find another job or room with an addict. You are out of town constantly every week.

Go back to getting your own room. This is bs. We didn't run the company into a brick wall , corporate did with GD system that did not never work. Punish yourselves, not the workers. Also you missed some folks when you went on the firing blitz up in corporate.
