They do not pay by direct deposit. Payroll dept does NOT make sure the checks are in the mail before leaving for holiday! Payroll check RARELY makes it by Sat, when it is put in the mail, if you do not pick it up! They do NOT do anything to assure you get your pay on time! It is never their fault, always the post office or someone else's fault.
