- Very high turnover! My branch along has gone through 19 people since Jan 2022 - 40k base and terrible commission. Lowest base pay in the state of Washington. - Very little to no benefits, never got my medical benefits after signing up - PTO is state standard, no vacation days or sick days - They do not train you on marketing or recruiting. They expect you to know how to do it. - No bonuses, best you’ll get is a Powerade, popcorn and breath mints for employee appreciation week. Check their Instagram.
