Not right for me - Recruiter Opti Staffing Employee Review

I was on the operations desk and the opportunities for job placements were slim. Because they have offices in Portland, we were only able to generate jobs on the Washington side of the river. There isn't much training after the first week and the training doesn't prepare you very well for the real world scenarios. Needing to generate both job opportunities and candidates on the same desk was just not a good fit for me.
