My check was never late.

Cons

I came into a management training position and was given a contract to sign promising various things like company vehicle, health coverage, etc. None of these things were given to me as well as my boss was fired my training of supervising slowed down as well as my work load. I averaged 8 hours a week for 3 months before I left.
