The company operates on a very tight budget and was understaffed during my tenure. As a result, you will be expected to cover 3+ roles simultaneously and work well over 8 hours a day to keep up with management’s expectations. Consider it only if you are passionate about the second mortgage industry (???). This is the only company I regret having on my resume.
