Safe environment to learn basics of job. There is no high pressure from management, mostly it depends on you how much you will give yourself. Good company as entrance to CRO sector.
Cons
No education and no possibility for professional development. No possibility for career advance. Low salaries comparing to other companies within same sector. Incompetent management.
