      I love my job because I love to be able to help to hel make a difference in families lives. There is so much potential for growth if growth is what you are looking for.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
