      Love the culture, co-workers and the work they do

      Cons

      Some of the managers are amazing and some are awful. I was unlucky and worked for an awful manager. Company wide, they work people until they're burnt out.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
