      Corporate micromanagement, terrible benefits, use it or lose it PTO plan, no room for advancement, maximum 2% yearly raises, no loyalty from company, no rewards for good employees at entry levels

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
