Pros
Positives are immediate staff in pharmacy. Employees truly care and go above and beyond to make the business successful without any true thanks from the company. The staff only has each other. Upper management DOES NOT care.
Cons
Upper management continues to change the company to break down each job into its small pieces and have them worked in queues. By doing this, they have made the jobs brainless. In the past, the employees felt they contributed to the success of the individual branch. But the changes have created an atmosphere where no one cares about the whole. Only their tiny piece of the puzzle. Customer service suffers and employees feel no loyalty. Which, I guess is fine because the company does not have any loyalty to the employees either.
