      Pay is competitive but not worth the sacrifices.

      Cons

      All they are worried about is making money, not what is best for the patient. They will choose the cheapest product with no consideration for the patient.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
