      Bullying by manager and is allowed by director, work life balance is terrible, expectations are unrealistic, lack of help, bonus for regular employees is laughable.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
