      Some people were very friendly

      Cons

      Sterile Compounding technician didn't care for sterility. He just did what he wanted. Management did nothing about it. Obviously it was not a concern.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
