Pros

Fully Remote Decent Health Benefits Management does try to improve poor circumstances/working conditions.

Cons

Pay could be a lot better considering the difficult circumstances of the job. It would be nice if a HEALTHCARE company paid for full HEALTHCARE benefits. It is common that healthcare companies don’t get common holidays off so it would be nice if a better PTO accrual rate was offered to compensate for those days.

Pros

Compensation and annual bonus structure

Cons

Despite the fact that leadership touts patient centered care—their actions prove they only care about one thing: profits. Every metric, KPI, and action item is solely focused around maximizing profits. Severely understaffed teams and lack of support from leadership leaves teams vulnerable to mistakes. Also office politics matter way more than anything else. If your leadership likes you? You can do no wrong and everything will be swept under the rug. If they feel threatened by you? You can rest assured you will micromanaged and managed out. A once great company has morphed into a money grab. But that’s also what you expect when you have a COO who has zero operational experience.
