Pros
Below is a list of things I think are good about the company. In addition to the points below, working for the company has been good so far. There is a LOT going in so things can be stressful, but I believe this is a good thing and everyone seems to be able to see the benefits coming up ahead. - Good people - Good vision - Fast paced - Focused on growth - Employer matched 401k
Cons
- Benefits were just changed and they are pretty bad, likely to cover for the added 401k matching program - Lots of things going on means less time to work on each item... which can result in poor performance if we aren't careful
