Poor Leadership, management bloat, faking it and NOT making it - Demand Manager Optiv Employee Review

Touts premium services but below average at best. Overpriced. Portfolio looks good on paper but it is just lipstick on a pig because Optiv consistently fails to deliver. No career growth, unless you are part of an internal clique. Layers and layers of management whose job is to roll up the previous manager's report. The good people who do contribute are overworked and unsupported. Any feedback just falls on deaf ears.
