If anyone puts efforts into their job at Optiver you will rewarded well. Culture is pretty strong. The only reason that I left is because of personal reasons and if it wasn’t for those circumstances I would have loved stay here for many years such is the nourishment I got from Optiver. Doesn’t matter which team you join, Optiver makes you a better person and helps you grow.
