Pros
RightSpace Storage is a solid company with a great culture and better than average benefits. I like the people I report to, and in general, it's very much an employee friendly atmosphere. They mean what they say when they talk about taking care of their employees' health and life/work balance!!! The main office is in California, but the owner and his management team do visit regularly and I think that's a great thing because it makes me feel that the work we do is appreciated!!! Overall, Rightspace Storage is one of the best companies I've worked for. Grateful to be here with such an awesome team of people!!!
Cons
Because of the way roles are structured, there can be limited opportunity for career growth. As a result, there have been a few sad departures, but they left for positions that their roles at this company well-prepared them for.
